Collecting Cookbooks, a Rare Book Week talk from Richard Overell

Join Richard as he explores 19th and 20th century English and Australian general cookery books, by such authors as Ambrose Heath and Elizabeth Craig. Richard will also be showing examples of works produced during World War II, books on meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian cookery, cake-baking and sweet-making, cookbooks produced to promote electric and gas stoves, books on how to serve wine, and various Women's Weekly cookbooks.
