Multidisciplinary Art Making, a Rare Book Week talk from Deborah Klein
Wednesday 04 July 2018, 06:00pm - 07:00pm

Prints, paintings, limited edition books and zines

An artist working across a range of techniques and disciplines, artist-in-residence Deborah Klein will discuss her methods, materials, personal mythology, the importance of storytelling and the theme that primarily underpins her work: the absence of women from history. An exhibition of her books and zines, including illustrations from the artist's book Leaves of Absence, recently acquired by the library, will provide a backdrop to the talk.
