Since 1976 we at Opal Gallery have been involved in bringing opals of the finest quality into the marketplace. From mining and cutting to the making of individual jewellery pieces of distinction, Opal Gallery has the quality of experience that only time can bring. During this time we also fell in love with South sea pearls and continue to work with them as well.

Many fine examples of Australian artworks may be viewed in our showroom located in the heart of Melbourne's prestigious Collins Street forming a part of the Athenaeum Theatre complex.

Our jewellers and designers work on the premises, and our friendly consultants are available seven days a week to spend time with you to ensure your complete satisfaction with any purchases made. Our craftsmen would be more than happy to work with you on designing and creating that special piece for your special someone. You are most welcome to discuss repairs, sizing, restoration and re-modeling of your existing pieces.

Tax free shopping: GST (10%) will be deducted from the purchase price for those travelling overseas within thirty days of purchase on presentation of passport and valid exit tickets.
